Casa Alegre is made up of three open-air houses on three acres. Climb our winding stairs and feast your eyes on spectacular ocean views, extensive gardens and beautifully crafted structures. We are close to town and Isabel's beach, just a 5 minute walk to restaurants and grocery. Very private, with reliable hot water, electricity and WiFi. There are 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two full kitchens. Sleeps 11. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, which includes beautiful gardens, fruit trees, and terraces overlooking Yelapa Bay. Yelapa is a 45 minute water taxi ride from Puerto Vallarta, and worlds away. There are no cars in Yelapa! Enjoy its warm, relaxed vibe, along with abundant tropical birds, fish and other wildlife.

• The entire property: 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms: $300/night plus a one-time cleaning fee of $150. 3-night minimum.
• Casa Armadillo (sleeps 2 with private kitchen, bath and patio): $100/night plus a one-time cleaning fee of $50. 3-night minimum.
• Casa Alegre and Casa Selva (sleeps up to 9 with 2 baths, shared kitchen and grounds) is $220/night plus a one-time cleaning fee of $100. 3-night minimum.

Once we know what boat you're coming on, we will arrange for Vico, our property manager, to meet you at the town pier, and he will take you to your spacious retreat.

Casa Alegre

Casa Alegre is a traditional palapa-style house, with two open-air, double bedrooms upstairs (one queen bed, one king bed), and beautifully constructed common spaces below.

 

Casa Selva

Casa Selva features an open air bedroom above (sleeps up to 3 in a queen and a single bed), and an enclosed bedroom (queen bed) below, as well as a beautifully constructed bathroom and private terraces.

Casa Armadillo

Casa Armadillo has a separate kitchen, bath and patio overlooking the bay, and a queen-sized bed.
