Monday morning yoga in Mazo with Marcia Miquelon.
Our Hatha Yoga classes are open to all experience levels, with great attention given to the fluid coordination of breath and movement. Begin where you are, and build strength, flexibility, balance, self awareness and inner calm. Asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath), invigoration and deep relaxation are a part of each class. So is a healthy dose of laughter and a grounding in self-love and compassion.
Who: Teens/Adults, all ability levels.
