What They Say About Us
Thank you for all you have done for the kids who have attended your classes and for Mazomanie. You provide a fun and unique atmosphere and bring such joy to so many. You are so important to our community and we are so grateful.
As a Children’s Librarian I am grounded by well-considered goals and objectives in my work bringing library service to the public. But one informal goal rules them all and that is “Libraries are Fun!” A fun library will linger in a child’s memory long into adulthood and instill a sense of belonging and ownership that no other goal can achieve. A recent visit from “Wild Rumpus Circus” met and surpassed this favorite goal of mine. The children and families who attended the lively program are still talking of the event and therefore, the library will live on for them as a very happy place. Action, comedy, costumes, masks, stilts, music, funny voices, juggling, participation, and hats are just some aspects of this family program that reminded everyone how important live theatre can be to young audiences. One hour spent in the company of this dynamic duo led to hours of extended play in the homes and imaginations of the children and adults in attendance. Lifelong learning at its best.
I’ve watched my son’s confidence skyrocket through his experiences with Circus Camp. He went from a child that was scared to death to get up in front of a crowd, to one that can’t wait to show off the skills he’s learned from stilt walking to prat falls, to juggling. He’s blossomed, both as a performer and as a leader.

You got me started playing again, and I can’t thank you enough. I am now recommitted to exercising more and getting back into shape again.
Marcia and Jacob were both outstanding communicators and had a great rapport with our Middle School students. The students laughed and energetically participated. It was a wonderful presentation, a wonderful day.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Wild Rumpus Circus members. They were easy and flexible to work with, adapted to our school schedule and facility, and were a wonderful creative addition to our educational program.

We were privileged to have the Wild Rumpus World Circus perform and offer workshops in our main Ballroom in 2009 and 2010. They were well organized and the show was very popular with tickets selling out! The show was colorful and a lot of fun. They are an entertaining act and I believe the workshops are not only fun but also educational.

Good for the kids, good for Mazomanie, good for you! Lots of people talk about running their own small community business but few have the courage and persistence to actually take the leap. You did it while juggling on stilts.
Mars and Jacob, Advanced camp 2013 has come to an end, but really it is just the beginning. We, your circus family, would like to thank you for showing our children a world of expansion. Through these eyes of expansion they see the possibilities. They gain as they can give. They grow with inner confidence and a unique way of self expression. Your circus family would like to thank you for the endless hours during the day and night, your creative spirits and desire to share your talents with our children. You, too, are helping us raise our children to be confident, expressive and unique individuals. We love and appreciate you both! Take a bow and run away!!!
