Music-led high-intensity workout. Combined body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to upbeat music that’s specifically designed to match every move. Dates: 4-week series Monday 6:30-7:30 pm April 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd.
With: Jenna Halvorson. Jenna is passionate about music and exercise. She brings the energy to each class with modifications for all abilities. You’ll sweat, you’ll grind, and you’ll have fun!
